t's been a peaceful week here in Nashville so I've had time to dig into a few bits of gold for you. One piece of which was sent straight to me!
Let's check that out now...
1. FBM EXPERT TIP: A LETTER MY WIFE RECEIVED THIS WEEK THAT WORKED!
My wife received this in the post this week and I thought it was brilliant...
I genuinely couldn't tell if this was handwritten or not and we actually went to the dealership to see what the offer was (it definitely wasn't 'well above market value').
While at the dealership, I asked the guy if these were printed using a very good handwriting font or if they'd hired someone to write a load of them.
He said it was written out once by the general manager and photocopied... Perhaps they had someone add the customer name and vehicle after because by the sounds of it they sent a lot.
Long story short, I knew it was a marketing campaign to get us into the dealership but the personal touch made it so compelling, we went in.
If you have address info for your customers, I'd strongly recommend trying something similar when you have a new product or service.
2. MARKETING TIP OF THE WEEK: ALWAYS BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THINGS YOU CAN HACK
I stumbled upon this great little piece this week by one of the creators of Jotbot (an AI writing tool) showing how one little sentence hacked from AirBnb increased their conversion rate by 90%...
"I was looking for AirBnb's in the Dolomites and I noticed the "You won't be charged yet" text below the Reserve button on every booking page.
Without the text, I still would have figured that the button wouldn't charge me. But reading that felt kinda reassuring for me to click the button and look for more info. Honestly it was a vibes thing.
So I decided to try testing that text in the modal in JotBot users see when they run out of credits:
We didn't even have price or anything on the modal and it kinda just pops up out of nowhere, so I had a suspicion people didn't know what "upgrading" meant.
In reality, clicking the button would just take you to our pricing page where we gave a lot more info.
I A/B tested the modal and here were the results. Pretty cool!"
3. COMMUNITY MEMBER TIP: DEFINING YOUR MARKETING BUDGET
Something a little bit different...
I saw an article by HubSpot this week all about managing marketing budgets and I thought it could actually be pretty useful/valuable because this isn't something that's talked about much in the ClickFunnels world.

4. FUNNEL OF THE WEEK: A 2CC YOGA BUSINESS
I've got a good one for you today!
This yoga business (DoYou) has just earned Andy Zoltan a Two Comma Club Award and I have a few bits for you to look at...
Firstly, their funnel hub is pretty good and well worth a look:
Then, they have two options that have taken them to 2CC:
Option 1 - Access to their yoga training:
Starts with a quiz (it follows the exact same flow as some of the big online mental health companies and is worth looking at) that takes you to a subscription offer for either 4 weeks at $0.50 per day, 12 weeks at $0.42 per day, or 24 weeks at $0.33 per day.
Click here to see the quiz funnel
Option 2 - Coaching how to create your own business teaching yoga:
You opt-in for a free training series on creating your own yoga business. You're then taken to a VSL talking about the possible results and encouraged to book a call, which I'd imagine sells them on a high-ticket program.
Click here to see the business funnel
They have a lot of social elements throughout the page and have some design elements that I think are well worth copying.
*If you know what tool they're using for the quiz, let me know because I think it's one of the more powerful ones.
5. FOOD FOR THOUGHT: DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!
"As a founder the odds are stacked against you, but your vision pushes you to go for it anyway. In those tough times, there will be many, it's important to remember your vision in order to keep pushing against the odds."
- Henri Pierre-Jacques
That wraps up another newsletter! Have a great weekend, and I'll see you back here in two weeks. If you need anything from me, feel free to reach out.
