I hope this newsletter finds you well! I've got some serious gold for you today, so let's dive in...
1. FBM EXPERT TIP: THE POWER OF 3
Funnel building and copywriting expert George dropped by with an amazing piece of secret gold that will make your messages more memorable and compelling...
"The number three has a special power most aren't aware of...
For example, "The Three Little Pigs" and "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" and concepts as diverse as "blood, sweat, and tears" to "the good, the bad, and the ugly" are easily remembered by virtually everyone.
The reason for this is that presenting information this way makes it comprehensive yet digestible and has the same memorable power a rhyme has.
This makes it a very powerful tool to use in your marketing and sales messages.
Here are 3 ways you can put it to good use:
1. Crafting Memorable Messages
The power of three can transform an ordinary statement into a compelling mantra.
For example, the real estate industry's use of "Location, Location, Location" not only emphasizes the paramount importance of location but also ensures that this critical factor is unforgettable to buyers and sellers alike. Similarly, advertisers use this approach to cement brand slogans in the minds of their audience, like "Just Do It" (Nike) or "I'm Lovin' It" (McDonald's), where the rhythm and repetition make the phrases memorable.
2. Stacking Pain Points
By presenting a trio of consequences or challenges, you create a compelling narrative that highlights the depth and breadth of a problem.
For example, saying, "Without our solution, you'll face increased costs, decreased efficiency, and lower customer satisfaction," leverages the power of three to paint a vivid picture of the potential fallout, making the need for a solution feel more immediate and critical.
3. Building a Strong Argument
The power of three is particularly effective in copywriting where you're aiming to convince your audience of a specific point.
For example, when introducing a new product, you might highlight that it is "Innovative, user-friendly, and cost-effective." This structure not only ensures that your product is seen as well-rounded but also caters to a broader audience by touching on multiple key benefits that might appeal to different segments of your market."
If you want your messages to impact and be remembered by all who see or hear them, you need to start incorporating the power of 3!

2. MARKETING TIP: THE POWER OF TEXT AND VISUAL COMBINATIONS
On the topic of powerful combinations...
I found this yesterday on Harry Dry's Marketing Examples. It highlights the power of using a compelling message with a compelling image...

3. COMMUNITY MEMBER TIP: RECENT REVIEWS
The community member tip I thought I'd add this week comes in the form of recent reviews. The experts on the marketplace get such incredible reviews time and time again, so I thought I'd share a few recent ones with you...
This is a review of René Baratella's Social Media Profile Audit + Action Plan. At $10, this is a steal!
Check it out here → René's Social Media Audit
This is a review of James Hughes' Funnel Strategy session. James has over 250 5-star reviews, so he's clearly getting results for people.

This was for George Pappas' Funnel Audit. George constantly gets reviews about his ability to build out the exact funnel customers are looking for and provide world-class copywriting.

One of our newer Certified Funnel Builders, Jesse Hall, has hit the ground running! This review was for his High Converting 2-Part Lead Squeeze Funnel service.

This review was for the incredibly popular Malia Burcham. We had multiple people come up to us at Funnel Hacking Live saying how incredible Malia had been. This review was for her Build Continuity With A Membership Site service.
Take a look at her services here → Malia's Services
Obviously, there is always going to be trepidation about hiring an expert, but many go away from the experience over the moon at the service and the result they have received.
Check out these 5 above, and be sure to browse through the reviews of anyone else you like the look of.
And remember, you can always reply to this email and ask me for a recommendation.
4. FUNNEL OF THE WEEK: A DOG FOOD FUNNEL
The funnel this week is for dog food. While the funnel itself is good to see (it has an upsell for multiple packs of dog food at a discount, a downsell for a single bag at a discount, several packs of dog supplements as the next upsell, and one pack and the downsell, if you're interested), the VSL is something I would recommend taking a look at.
This company spends a small fortune on traffic to this VSL, and it has been running for years, so you can be sure it's effective.
Check out the funnel here and hack anything you like.
5. FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
